- Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation This immigration station on Angel Island in the middle of San Francisco Bay, was built in 1910 to process the immigrants coming from the Far East. The foundation's website contains a brief history of the station as well as stories from those who passed through it.
- Chinese Exclusion Act (1882) Discusses the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act.

- German American Heritage Center & Museum Explores the German immigrant experience and German contributions to the history of Davenport, Iowa.
- Japanese American National Museum Explore the history, culture, and immigration experiences of Japanese Americans.
- Lower East Side Tenement Museum National Historic Site Built in 1863 in New York City's Lower East Side, this apartment building was home to 7000 working class immigrants from 1863 to 1935.
- Museum of Danish America Tells the story of Danish immigrants coming to the United States. Museum is located in Elk Horn, Iowa.
- Tenement Museum Explores what new immigrants faced creating a new life in the United States and the hardships the they had endured in New York's tenements.
- Wing Luke Museum Investigates the Asian Pacific American immigrant experience. This Seattle museum is named after the first Asian American to be elected on the Seattle City Council.
