- The American Yawp Stanford University Press offers this online textbook of American history, edited by Joseph Locke and Ben Wright.
- America's Best History Highlights five events from each year from the American Revolution to present day, organized by decades.
- Atlas of the Historical Geography of the United States A digitized edition of Charles O. Paullin and John K. Wright's 1932 Atlas of the Historical Geography of the United States.
- Avalon Project: Documents in Law, History, and Diplomacy Complies primary sources throughout World History.
- Awesome Stories A collection of primary source materials including biographies, disasters, famous trials, history, philosophy, sports, the arts, and more. You do have to register and login which is free or see Mr. Andrusyk for login information.
- Biography of America A companion to the video series, this site offers a timeline of American History and web links.
- Bunk History From the University of Richmond, this site archives a variety of media about current events, public history, and the government that shows the relationship between today and the past.
- Chronicling America: Historic American Newspapers The Library of Congress maintains this collection of historic newspapers from 1789 to 1963.
- Digital History This is an excellent resource for American history students and teachers. Included are primary sources, timelines, biographies, and more.
- Digital Public Library of America Compiles over five million items relating to the American heritage from libraries, archives, and museums including images, maps, and more.
- Documenting the American South Provides primary sources about the South from the University of North Carolina.
- FBI Records: The Vault Catalogs documents from some of the FBI's infamous cases and investigations.
- The Fight to Vote: America's Turbulent Voting Rights History Supplies a timeline of the pivotal events in America's history to bring the right to vote to all Americans.
